What delivery service do you use?
Domestic orders are shipped using Royal Mail Priority Tracked & Signed. International orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all domestic (UK) and International watch orders.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We'll notify as you soon as the order has shipped, and provide the appropriate tracking information. Generally, most domestic orders are delivered the next working day. For international orders delivery time is dependent on delivery location, but typically ranges from 2-4 days.
What happens if I'm not in when my delivery is made?
A delivery attempt note will be left at the delivery address with further instructions from the delivery service.
Can I return my watch if I'm not happy with it?
As long as your watch is in unused condition, in it's original packaging, you can return it for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.
Can I return my watch if it is damaged or defective?
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team to organize a replacement.
How do I return an item?
In order to return an item, please contact our customer service team.
They will then issue you with a return postage slip to return the item.
